It's interesting that Every Single love song ever put out describes a codependent—I need you to fill me up and complete me, I'm nothing without you—love.

I've never heard a I'm already complete and whole—and I don't Need you but I love you so—love song. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE those classic soulful love ballads...I don't care how codependent they are. They cause me to weep and swoon and make my toes curl...

But I'm just making an observation. A love song observation.
