Blessed and Safe

We scramble to protect ourselves by fighting against any and all constant and deep yearning. We fight against hope. When I say I enjoy being with myself, I yearn for no one, am I fighting against hope? I want for nothing, however, it's true that I work for more. But I am so grateful because no matter what,  I am blessed and safe.
